Q. I want to focus on just a few specialties and get training to be the expert in those...so, in your analysis of current trends in the commercial mortgage marketplace, what are three commercial niches that are likely to see sustained growth going forward, and with the least amount of competition for a broker? (assited living financing? apartment lending? mixed use? hotel/motel? mobil home parks?...) With residential lending, I'm finding that if you have a narrower focus you will stay more productive (and profitable), and avoid time-wasting "mortgage adventures" - ie., trying to close deals outside your area of expertise.

Q. Re: 100% NoDoc - Is there a more comprehensive description for this loan? Besides the 680 credit score, there has to be more you're looking for.
