Q. Good morning Brian,
I am meeting next wednesday (so if you are busy you don't have to answer until tuesday)with a developer who also owns two large realtor commpaines one in Albuquerque and the other in Santa Fe. If I were sitting in the room with you, what would you say to him? I would like to have him talk to you, because I feel he is a big player, but I realize you are busy, I want to be you when I sit down with him, and I want him to give us an opportunity to earn his business.
Q. I want to focus on just a few specialties and get training to be the expert in those...so, in your analysis of current trends in the commercial mortgage marketplace, what are three commercial niches that are likely to see sustained growth going forward, and with the least amount of competition for a broker? (assited living financing? apartment lending? mixed use? hotel/motel? mobil home parks?...) With residential lending, I'm finding that if you have a narrower focus you will stay more productive (and profitable), and avoid time-wasting "mortgage adventures" - ie., trying to close deals outside your area of expertise.
So I would really appreciate your insight and opinion of what you see as the three most promising niches for a commercial broker to become an expert in. Thank you, Jason Bell
Q. Re: 100% NoDoc - Is there a more comprehensive description for this loan? Besides the 680 credit score, there has to be more you're looking for.
Q. Hey Brian great call today, thanks, I am going to start cold calling business brokers, any suggestions to get my foot in the door or how to get past the gate keeper, who should I ask to speak to, etc. anything you would share would be great. Have a blessed day
Q. Is the 100% no doc program still available? Who is that with?
